About
This little four-track album commissioned by Moog Music is the result of some very spontaneous improvisations. Four short electronic pieces where the new Moog Etherwave theremin is the main character. Choosing the other protagonists was quite natural: Matriarch, DFAM, Subharmonicon, Mother-32… Making all these lovely instruments talk to each other was a lot of fun. A fretless bass has also been involved for one track, because it was cool. The final product is—hopefully—playful, lively, colorful. It is definitely not overproduced, even quite minimalistic to some extent, reflecting the immediate joyful feeling of experimenting with the Etherwave and the Moog semi-modular synthesizer range.
